Our llama herd provides protection for our calves from coyotes, wild dogs, and other threats
to the cattle herd. Additionally, they are sheared each spring for fiber-wool (and to help keep them cool) and their
communal dung piles are harvested for high-nitrogen, no-burn fertilizer. |
