Current Season: Winter Rest Winter Rest for the main garden begins 1 November and runs through 22 January this year, during this time we give back to the soil through mulches, composts, and llama bean fertilizer allowing the ground a much needed rest before the next growing season. |
Our main garden is 160 feet long by 75 feet wide. We grow a variety of vegetables and fruits through out the growing season. We grow primarily heirloom and always Non-GMO produce using organic growing methods. Our herb garden produces both culinary and medicinal herbs which can be used fresh, dried, or distilled into oil concentrations. While most folks think of a flower garden as only there for beauty and flower cuttings; we grow flowers that are useful for medicinal purposes either fresh, dried, or distilled into oil concentrations.
